Of the classes you're considering, I personally think warrior makes more sense. The Wildhammers are known warriors.
Orcs are almost always Arms and Fury warriors with a leaning towards Arms. Humans are generally Prot but Varian is an exception as a Fury warrior. Undead are almost always Fury warriors.
