The first one purchased over a year ago paired well with the ATT router/modem. The latest required a modem reboot and several attempts. Clearly having home manager helps but be prepared to have patience. It now works well and filled the Wi-Fi gap in our home. The other one is not listed on Smart Manager. It shows 3 devices on Smart Manager in Network hardware but when you expand it it only shows 2 of them ( gateway and hardwired extender).
