I finally got someone to answer the phone and was told this would be sent to an “escalation team” and would get a call back within 15 minutes. Zero responses after I had that one conversation. We booked a double bed room at a Marriott hotel, and when we arrived, the hotel was overbooked, so they sent us to a Courtyard Marriott for the first night (5 miles away), with a complimentary breakfast.
