The pinch wiring feeds to the dfi board so I replaced the dfi board and pinch alarm went away. I also had the red,yellow light. It turned out that I partially pulled out the dfi plug on main board when putting it back together. It's my fault for adding too much litter and not resetting the weight sensor.
