NG+ Build help please. I'm quite new to the Soulsborne world (completed Bloodborne but never played a DeS or DS until recently) I've just finished my first playthrough of DeS Remake as a faith/Greatsword of Moonlight build which I really enjoyed. I'm now looking at either carrying on this into NG+ or start a new game and I want to have a go at ... Out of all the souls games, faith is probably the weakest in Demon's Souls. There just isn't a huge roster of offensive miracles like there are in future games. You've got pretty much god's wrath. Faith builds in Elden Ring in contrast are absolutely bonkers. DS3 as well. Do a faith build in one of those instead, a lot more gratifying. Faith or STR for the first three weapons, with Dex for Kilij. You can also use Crescent Kilij on a mage/spellsword build. GAxe with Adjudicator's Shield is probably the most braindead setup you can use in PvE, especially on NG where health regen will easily keep up with the damage you take. Faith builds do not really use damage miracles (there is only one!) in Demons Souls. They are melee builds that trade damage output (compared to str and dex builds), for HP regen, which can be quite high in Demon’s Souls. You can also get it by trading a telescope to a birds nest right after beating the first boss. Level strength 20 and dex 12, then get faith to 40. After that just get vitality and endurance to softcap. If you want to use faith spells you will also need intelligence 15 for mana and magic 10 to learn spells.
