I had been using my WH-XB900N for 1 year with no problem, but once I connected two additional Bluetooth paired devices and unplugged my computer's charge cord, I got the same terrible quality others here have described. Bluetooth doesn’t sound great on PC due to Sony dropping AptX, so the headphones only work using SBC.I would just unpair them from Bluetooth devices on windows and try to pair them again.
